CRM (customer relationship management) is known as customer connection management system. This system helps the company to attract the consumers in order to buy their products. This system offers the information about the sales, marketing, and service to coordinate whole process in business which is directly connected to profitable customer in order they do not want to buy another products and of course to increase their sales.
CRM System try to accomplish problem by collecting the information and process about the customer. This system has functions to know detail about the customer, the process, preferences to help the company in marketing system as the customer hopes. The companies try to serve the customer with the best quality. For example, giving a prize in birthday and giving package in favorite color.
