The benefits of DNA database are:

2. What are problems do DNA database pose??

DNA database carrying controversial problems, private lawyer and defense lawyer convinced that, DNA database make risk for human who does not guilty if her DNA database have pregnant with peoples who never involved criminal action.

3. Who would be included in a national DNA database; should it be limited to convicted return? Explain your answers?

Included in DNA database is government, because it’s important to establish the truth, and also government as peoples who collect and analyze DNA can make a mistake, so must be careful to determine the convict.

Actually, it not be limited to convict return, it also use to business, to prosecute important data (secret data) or to password code.

DNA databases able use to by agency or organizations that need an accurate data to establish the truth. Example: Government, FBI, BIN, Police, Business, and Intelligence Agency.
